We develop digital solutions built around how your company actually operates — based in Podgorica since 2022.
In its official impressum, TV E presents itself as Montenegro's largest commercial broadcaster. It is a modern Montenegrin television station whose programming spans news, current affairs, entertainment, cultural and other formats. Regular broadcasting at full capacity began in January 2023.
Slap IT built a digital platform for watching, organizing and archiving TV E's shows and episodes — a system in which video content isn't an add-on to text, but the central element of the user experience.
The way audiences consume video content has changed significantly. Viewers are used to digital streaming platforms, where they choose what they want to watch, when they want to watch it, which show to open, which episode to view, and from which device they want to access the content.
That's why, in developing the TV E platform, we started from a different concept. Instead of a classic broadcaster's website where video is just an add-on, we wanted video content to be the central element of the user experience. Inspired by the way streaming platforms changed audience habits, we organized the TV content around the viewer — not the broadcast schedule.
Traditional television programming has one major limitation: the viewer has to be in front of the screen at the moment of broadcast. A digital platform changes that relationship — content becomes part of an organized digital library that a viewer can rediscover and watch whenever it suits them. That gives TV content a significantly longer digital life.
Netflix and other streaming platforms have changed user expectations. Audiences are used to opening a platform, finding the content they're interested in, and starting to watch right away. For the TV E platform, we applied that same principle of simplicity to television content — instead of hunting for individual video clips across disconnected pages, content is organized around the show, the episode and the video. The user first picks the format they're interested in, then the specific episode, and moves straight into watching.

Within the show, they pick a specific episode from the organized archive.
Watching starts directly inside the platform, with no hunting through disconnected pages.
The platform wasn't built for just a handful of promotional clips. The TV E catalog covers shows like Budilnik ("Alarm Clock"), Srećan dan ("Happy Day"), E uživo ("E Live"), the 24 Hours news program, E glam, Na kraju dana ("At the End of the Day"), Budilnik vikendom ("Weekend Alarm Clock"), Znak – Podznak ("Sign – Subsign"), Ne pričam ti o tome ("I'm Not Talking About That"), Magazin and other formats, some of which have several hundred archived episodes.

In the traditional television model, a show's value was tied predominantly to the moment it aired. A digital platform lets the same content keep living on after the broadcast ends — an interview, a show, an analysis or a report can be found and watched days, months, or even later, through the digital archive.
Modern audiences expect content on whatever device they're currently using. That's why the goal of the platform was to give TV E's television content a digital environment adapted to the modern way of watching video.
Television content. Streaming logic. Available whenever the viewer wants it.
We built a digital environment in which a show doesn't stop existing when the broadcast ends — instead, it becomes part of an organized content library available to the audience whenever they want to watch it.
